As it turns out, it’s pretty easy to adjust the basic Toll House cookie recipe and some minor adjustments.  They even provide a pictorial guide to match up the type of cookie you like to what you need to do:

Now, I’ll have to find out who likes which kind of cookie at my house and then make four batches.  Cos, you know, it would be too easy if we all liked the same kind!

  1. Bethany K. Warner says:

In my house, a style of “more flour” chocolate chip cookie is a Christmas cookie only and then regular ones would be BOTH. That would mean that I have to bake something though…

    • The more flour cookie has some traditional roots for my husband so it may not be just a Christmas cookie. But we have one more voter yet. So for I have two, maybe three batches to make.
